The City of Island City went through a very extensive process to change a few property’s to allign with neighborhood zoning in 2019.  This means that some properties that were zoned “Commercial” or “IC-C1”, are now zoned “Residential or “IC-R1”. Please note that this does not change the taxing codes of properties, just the allowed uses under the Island City Development Code (ICDC).
