With the weather still being somewhat nice, people are still out enjoying their daily walks around town.  As dog owners, please continue to be responsible owners by picking up your dog waste and disposing of it properly.  We have many dog waste stations throughout the City to help with this effort.  If you are out and about and see that any of these stations needs attention, please contact City Hall, and we will be happy to ensure that there are ample waste bags, and the bin is empty.

Also, please remember that dogs at large can be impounded by the Animal Enforcement Officer with the Union County Sheriff’s Office.  Please keep your animals on a leash while out enjoying winter in Island City.
